Seems to me I have found the problem. Probably OM generates a lot of connections similar to torrents. And firewall was dropping that excess ones. After adding additional non-restricting rule the sutiation corrected

I asked colleague about mistakes in browser console. What concerns
openmeetings.log I stiil don't have it. Permissions for the folder log
0755,
log files with access exist, but no openmeetings.log.
