These limits were set long time ago for one of the first OM versions.

I believe 4.0.0 room can handle more than 150 users (this never was tested)
UNTIL any/some/all users will start audio/video :((( as soon as multimedia
stream will be in room you will have bandwidth exhausted and/or red5
crashed :((
