   Hello,

we made a test with 200 user in 1 room. OM version was 3.0.7.
restricted room with whiteboard and 2 x audio/video (small video as
far as i remember 80x60 or so...)

room worked so far, till we started screensharing... om was not
usable anymore and needed to be restarted...

cpu and mem usage was ok... network-usage serverside scaled as
   expected..

   greetings Peter

These limits were set long time ago for one of the first OM versions.

I believe 4.0.0 room can handle more than 150 users (this never was tested) UNTIL any/some/all users will start audio/video :((( as soon as multimedia stream will be in room you will have bandwidth exhausted and/or red5 crashed :((

    Hi Maxim,

As I gone through the room types then there is a room type
“Webinar room” and as per OM documentation it can support only 150
    users.

So my question is If suppose I arrange a webinar and assume 1000
(Thousand) users then which type of room I suggest.

Or it will be very helpful if you suggest any other approach
suppose room does not support such a no of participants.

    Thanks,

    Amit
