Hi, Maxim,

What do you mean OM nightly?

Do you mean I just need to install the latest version?

Could you give me a link?

Thanks,

Tom

Hi, Maxim,

Did you check this website? https://www.languageeschool.com:5443/openmeetings/

www.englishetutor.com <http://www.englishetutor.com> is using tunnel RTMPS.
So, this one does not have any problem.

www.languageeschool.com <http://www.languageeschool.com> is using native
RTMPS. So, Firefox has some problems. I am also using the latest Firefox
Quantum 57.0

I feel maybe my FF settings have some problems.

Thanks,

Tom

Hi, Jacob,

I am using letsencrypt. So, I am pretty sure the certificate will work.

I am thinking about the permission issue. However, in the latest Firefox
Quantum, it seems that I cannot add camera permission to a particular website.

Thanks,

Tom

Who’s your root authority? Be sure that it’s trusted. Otherwise by default it
will deny the request.

Is it a self signed certificate, and the certificate and root CA are on both
machines?

I used a friend's computer to check. He has an old version of firefox. It
works. But I have the latest version of Firefox. I don't know why it does not
work. Did you use the latest version of firefox? I am using letsencrypt
certificate, so it is real certificate.

I will try client debug mode. What do you mean Net-test tool? What is the
purpose of net-test tool?

Thanks,

Hello Tom,

great your installation is now works with Chrome.

I just have checked with FF - everything works as expected, maybe the issue
with certificate? Chrome and FF uses different certificate storage .... Are you
using "real" of self-signed certificate?

Maybe "client debug mode" can give you more info on what is wrong ....

I have checked Net-test tool, it is now works with RTMPS native (build #90+
from here:

Edit |../webapps/openmeetings/public/config.xml| and set

|<protocol>https</protocol> <red5httpport>5443</red5httpport>
<rtmpsslport>5443</rtmpsslport> <useSSL>yes</useSSL>
<proxyType>none</proxyType>|

I feel setting https port=rtmps port will cause port conflict.

This is also not native rtmps settings.

If you feel these steps have problems, could you tell me correct steps?

I really don't know how to fix the problem.
