User Name Field(s) in chat

I'm sure there will come a time that anonymity will be required in a 
conference room; as right now it displays first name / last name.  Is 
there a way to change what is displayed to First Name / Last Initial, 
First Name Only, user name?  If so can someone direct me where this can 
be change/adjusted

Since I am assuming this is a global setting there will be no way to 
customize it on a per room basis, so if a conference require anonymity 
then you would have to direct them to a different instance of OM running 
with those settings which would be fine.
