This will happen if you click '+' immediately after entering the 'users'
screen, I think a jira should be raised, however, if you follow:
1. Login: Dashboard will be displayed.
2. Administration --> USERS : The users list screen will be displayed
3. click on any of the users: That user information will be displayed.
4. click on the '+' icon: a new and empty record will be created.
5. Fill in information and click 'save' icon.

Hi,
that makes no difference. When I first click +, the messages "'Email
address' is required." and "'Login' is required." pop up.
Best regarts,
Oliver.

pushing teh refresh-button (see below).

Hello Oliver,
soap user for Moodle should
1) have `SOAP` and `LOGIN` rights (others should be removed)
2) should be assigned to any group
if you do not assign a group, the following message is displayed:
Warning
User added but you need to assign this user to a usergroup,
otherwise they won't be able to log in
And, the plug in will not work, so, to start, assign it to the
default group, then after creation of the room in moodle, a new
group is created, 'moodle' you can move that user to 'moodle' group.
3) should have type `USER`
I guess that's it :)
