Hi List, I'm sorry to bother you with my troubles, but maybe you could give me a hint.
I tried to upgrade my 6.0.4 OwnCloud to 7.0.0. So I did: * removed everything expect config and data from my OC-Folder. * Uploaded the files from OC-7 Archive to OC-Folder. * Browsed to my OC-Website * Initiated the suggested upgrade and waited. After some time I got a blue OC-Website with red letters "Please Reload Page". Now on reload I got the maintenance screen, which is not changing any more. No Update / Upgrade is processed. If I remove all new Files and put back on my 6.0.4 files, switch maintenance-Mode in config.php back to false, I can normally log in to my 6.0.4-OC. Everything is fine.
