I was able to install oC 7 on CentOS 7. A few things I had to do manually were 1. Set SELinux permissions. 2. chown -R apache:apache owncloud 3. chmod 777 owncloud/config 4. chmod 750 owncloud/data I am not sure if following things has to be done manually or by the OBS package. 1. Create owncloud mysql database 2. modify apache http.conf config.
