Hey, i have lightning 3.3.3 and my links look more like
https://example.com/remote.php/caldav/calendars/username/calendername you can have a look at https://example.com/remote.php/caldav/calendars/username/ which calenders are there and take the link from there. Or you go to your owncloud and click at the "CalDAV-Link" Button and take this link.
