How quickly would one expect a remote client to see a change done by another remote client? I know this is a bit of a 'piece of string' question but some sort of idea would be useful.
I'm adding a very small (few hundred bytes, maybe sometimes a couple of kilobytes) file from a client on ADSL to an internet server and want to know approximately how quickly I would be likely to see it on another ADSL connected client.
