Well that was amazingly painless! :-)
Downloaded my calendar and contacts.
Removed Owncloud 7.0.4
Installed Owncloud 8.2.2, also had to make a couple of symbolic links
so it was in the 'right' place for my Apache installation. Changed
ownership of files etc.
Started Owncloud 8.2.2 and uploaded the files, all done! :-) It took
all of 20 minutes.
The only issues I had were:-
Not realising you have to enable Contacts and Calendar, didn't
take long to find this though.
The rather odd mix of ways to upload the files, with calendar you
upload to Files and click on the file. For contacts you have to
import within the contacts app.
Anyway, all done and I'm a happy camper!
