When you click and hold while moving the mouse inside a TextArea or
TextInput, you can select text. However, if the cursor moves _over_ the
control while moving the cursor to select more text, the selection stops
expanding. If the mouse moves to the right of the control and you move
the mouse down however, the selection expands as expected.
This makes it hard to select text in a TextInput especially, as you have
to make sure to keep the cursor inside the control at all times. This is
contrary to how every other input element I've ever encountered behaves.
