Yes, that's right. Moving the mouse over the TextArea while selecting
will cause it to scroll upwards, but while it is scrolling, selection
behaves correctly.

Yes, you are right, I was a bit quick to assume it applied to TextInput
as well :)
Shall I file a ticket or do you have an immediate idea about what is
