Ok, byte comparison: some "extra lines" with 0d (carriage return) 0e(shift out) and 0c(np) a few shift in lines (0f), lots of end of text(03) and nul (00), which goes like this: 5 "normal lines" , nul line(00), two "normal lines", end of text line(03) lots or removed parts of the original excel file...
