Hi Suresh,
Since you split the data into multiple worksheets, then why not split
it into multiple workbooks?
The trouble you encounter is that due to the Excel file format being a
random access file with pointers all over to various objects the POI
implementation requires the whole workbook reside in memory before it
can be written.
The size of each object is small and that adds more memory overhead.
So, now you have received all the conventional advice we have for you.
BTW - there is a reason that there is Access and databases - handling
lahks of data :-)

Formatted with alternate rows having colors , 2 fields having
numericalformat , 2 having dates format and 2 having currency format
