"m/d/yyyy" - One of patterns which are parsed as Date in both Excel 2010 and Calc.
I do not know why but it does not require ending with ";@" as for previous example and it works fine for both Excel and Calc. My clients use MS Excel so I do not need to take care of Open Office at the moment. -- View this message in context: http://apache-poi.1045710.n5.nabble.com/Set-cell-type-to-Date-tp5537937p5544100.html Sent from the POI - User mailing list archive at Nabble.com. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
