Can you replace poi-ooxml-3.8.jar with ooxml-schemas-1.1.jar and try again? ooxml-schemas-1.1.jar can be downloaded from the Maven central repo: http://search.maven.org/#search%7Cga%7C1%7Ca%3A%22ooxml-schemas%22
