Mark, thank you for your work. However, when I run it with xls type of excel file it does not expand the ROW 3 COLUMN 2 data. I am attaching it for your review. I must be doing something wrong. I ran your program and gave it an input template with extension of xls and it created me an output file with extension of xls and the cells in question were not expanded at all???
