Thanks for the quick reply Erick. I am replacing the 3.10 poi jars in /QIBM/Userdata/Java400/ext with the 3.11 versions as I have done when upgrading from previous versions. I do not have a folder /QOpenSys/Userdata/Java400/ext. I've been upgrading poi like this for a long time so am surprised to be having an issue this time. As you say, I know that things can be a little different in my environment.
