It's an .xlsx and in this particular case, it's kind of dumb. Well, VERY
dumb. To where one link can and should be replaced by a simple calculation,
and the other is a whopping four values, updated yearly. So, yeah, I don't
think it's a big issue in this case, and it's probably a case-by-case
thing, e.g., my solution already looks up values in databases for some
situations, so there's no reason I couldn't expand that. Just curious as to
what others do.

Actually, it hadn't occurred to me until now, but I may be in a small
minority of people reading arbitrary workbooks. Maybe most people are using
it to output Excel or read very specific spreadsheets.
