Sorry to bug... but no one responded back to this problem so I thought

We really need to add another language into the UI (the language
dropdown list, to be exact). What's the right way to go about this? Can
someone give me some direction on this please?

Hi all,
I've successfully installed roller 4 rc10. Unfortunately, it does not
display some languages from its admin UI. In particular, it doesn't
have Mongolian language.
I have a hack to add the Mongolian language into the UI using Javascript
-- which I don't really like. What would be a better way to add new
languages (locale) then? Can someone point me to the right code to do this?
