Try http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/  - TortoiseSVN is a Subversion client, implemented as a windows shell extension. I did tried to download the source zip file and opened it using Eclipse IDE. It gave me uncountable compilation errors due to absence of proper jars. I kept manually downloading individual jars for over 2 hrs and then gave up.
