Well, you could make the suffix mapping of "full XML views" to ".html" and then 
make the suffix mapping of "full HTML views" to ".fhtml".  They just can not be 
the same.

I really wish we would have used other terms than "full html" and "full xml"... 
 It's kind of misleading..

I would rather make the full xml view suffix something like ".jsf".  Hermod's 
archetype will generate a base project that uses "full xml: views [1].
