Hi Sitakant.

You are right, this doesn't work in local mode. I think you are hitting
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STORM-2450, so please try upgrading
to 1.0.4 or one of the other listed fix versions. I tried it out on 1.0.4
and it works for me there.
