Hi, Not a specialist here but would SSH-ing Storm commands from Jenkins to your cluster solve your problem? I'm not answering your question but I don't know of a "client only" distribution of Storm, the doc points to downloading a Storm release but I guess you've already read about that. Hope this helps.
