fixed but we're still seeing it.

Yes, Storm UI shows 2.2.0 as the version.

Let me see if we can upgrade to 2.4.0 and go from there.

   I searched for this issue in older Jiras at issues.apache.org and see a few 
mentions (STORM-3751, STORM-3141 and STORM-3510). However, the pull requests 
are indicated as merged.
So you are indicating a new issue here. Just to confirm, when you go to the 
Storm UI page, it shows version 2.2.0?

   When you encounter problems with 2.4.0 upgrade, please raise a Jira. Likely 
to get more support for this version.
