Hi Matt, This is NOT intended to be a release of Apache Storm and will be executed outside of the Apache infrastructure.
One question that does come to mind: Is it okay to announce it to user/[email protected] (with a disclaimer stating that it is not an Apache release)? Or should we only announce to the google groups list?
