The name calling is getting tiresome. The OP has an existing application that doesn't use Struts. The first thing he needs to do is figure out how it works, which is what he asked for help with. Whatever you think of it, it exists, and it most likely works just fine. In that case, the powers that be may not be all that interested in having it rewritten. If he is particularly unlucky, the app is exactly what I described, a bunch of Servlets spitting out HTML.
