you have created a link to 'src' which redirects struts-plugin.xml located in 'src' link
Here is the result of the redirect https://github.com/umeshawasthi/jsr303-validator-plugin/tree/master/src/main/resources/struts-plugin.xml struts-plugin.xml should be always be located in https://github.com/umeshawasthi/jsr303-validator-plugin/src/main/resources/struts-plugin.xml unlink src ..should do it..
