After installing the plugin locally (mvn clean source:jar install) I
have added it as follow:
<dependency>
<groupId>struts2-jsr303-validator-plugin</groupId>
<artifactId>jsr303-validator</artifactId>
<version>1.0-SNAPSHOT</version>
</dependency>
<dependency>
<groupId>org.hibernate</groupId>
<artifactId>hibernate-validator</artifactId>
