Effort: unclear how anyone could guess. Depends entirely on codebase size, architecture, scale reps, etc. TL;DR: you’llrewrite the entire web layer. The *complexity* depends on how well separated the web and business layers in the existing app are. The *time* depends on how much of it there is. You may want to convert one piece at a time. Impact: in what sense?
