Everyone,
Someone told me about this feature, but I am not sure if/where it exists. Is it possible to tell Struts to use the DTD for the Struts-config file from the classpath (as I see it in the Struts.jar), and not from the URL? I want to avoid the dependencies on the Struts website, in the event that it is down. (as it is down at the time of this writing) I am running on Struts 1.2.8. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
