While we are waiting for the official 1.3 release, is there a release candidate build out there somewhere that we can download? My latest attempt at building from the 1.3 branch, resulted in test failures - so I'd like to take the easy approach and just grab a known good version that you guys have built. Also, is 1.3 being built and verified with java 1.6?
