Hi Mike, We haven't yet done anything related to the release than just branching out. So please give us a bit of time for us to start with the release process. We are blocking on 3 subsidiary releases namely (transports, sandesha and rampart all Apache WS projects). So once they are out we can do a official RC.
Being said that I can host a 1.3-SNAPSHOT build if you want to play with it and test any scenarios that you are expecting to use in the 1.3 version. Regarding the Java version, on JDK-1.6 Script mediator tests are failing due to a conflict of the javax.script provider in the BSF conflicts with the Java6. I will get that resolved soon. Apart from that everything else has been tested and verified on the Java6 and ready to be used in production with the 1.3 release.
