Ok, both myself and my consultant have tried - on 3 computers in total

The specs are:
win 7 64bit (for at least 2 - and I suspect the same for the 3rd)
all with plenty of ram, modern specs etc.
This project does look very interesting, however it it seems its still
needs a lot of work. There is nothing obviously in the logs - except
for the fact that it says the system is running, when its most
definitely not. So, I think to get it to run could be very time consuming.
I'm happy to provide any further details - for the next few days - if
anyone is interested.
Hi,
could you please take a look at console/target/cargo-output.log from the
beginning of the file and examine the first exception(s) encountered?
That is likely the cause of the failure.
Since you are running Windows, could it be that some kind of "firewall"
is interfering with Tomcat's permissions?
Finally, about the the fact that "This project does look very

with you, there is plenty of things to do, and your help is very
welcome, in case.
Nonetheless, Syncope is already used in various production environments
- I know directly from my company, but there are also other; maybe its
current major drawback (or feature, one would say) is that its extreme
flexibility still requires the ability to take a look under the hood, or
at least to know how to deal with the toolbox.
Regards.

Hi Francesco
Thanks for the reply.
Thats the problem - both computers are very modern. So I'm
assuming there must be another problem somewhere, but I am not
seeing any clues from the error message.
Any ideas?

[Help 1]
Hi Anton,
I guess you are following [1] and then [2], right?
Anyway, the error above means that Tomcat - the embedded JEE
container
used to run Syncope - was not able to startup within 2 minutes
(120000
milliseconds): is the "other computer" particularly slow or old?
Regards.
