I see several blocking errors below. Please:
1. stop Tomcat, clean up and syncope directory and WAR file under $CATALINA_HOME/webapps
2. completely remove /var/tmp/syncope 3. drop and re-create the syncope database in MySQL 4. start Tomcat 5. restart the GUI installer and follow [1] step-by-step Once done that, please check again the logs as you did below, thanks.
