Hi Matteo, It seems that it solved my problem but in the pull tasks window I can still see the failure status[1] even though I was able to successfully pulled the users and sometimes I need to wait more before I can see the pulled users. Current Scenario: 1. used template to fire pull task every 5mins 2. after 5mins pulled users cannot be seen in Syncope 3. waited another 5 mins now I can see the pulled users
