state of Textmarker?

Hi, given the strong activity on Textmarker, and the recent migration 
into the UIMA project, is it currently usable for "end users"? Is the 
refactoring done to the point that one can work with the version in the 
UIMA sandbox?

The Textmarker project in the sandbox doesn't seem to have Maven POMs at 
this point, and no documentation that I can see...
