OK, so UIMA 2.4.0 uses parent-pom version 3, since parent-pom version
4-SNAPSHOT is for UIMA 2.4.1-SNAPSHOT .
And SNAPSHOT versions are not deployed on standard maven repositories
(it is a normal behavior).
