We do not have a set date for the 2.5 release, but we hope it is within the next few months. Windows 10 will be supported. I think it already works with 2.4.2 if the OS for the image is set to the most recent supported version of Windows. I don't recall anyone requesting Debian support before you. We have not looked at supporting it.
