Hi All,

We're getting close to doing a release candidate for our CXF 2.0 release.
For those who don't remember or know, CXF is a continuation of the XFire
project. It is a merging of the XFire and ObjectWeb Celtix communties over
at Apache. In a lot of ways, you can think of it as XFire 2.0.

I'm very excited about CXF and I think there are many things you may be
interested in:
- Improved JAX-WS & JAXB support
- REST support
- JSON support
- Spring 2.0 support
- Integrated Maven 2 plugin
- Improved tooling
- Improved WS-Addressing support
- WS-Policy support

We would love if you tried out one of our SNAPSHOTs and provide some
feedback to us. Here are some links for your perusal:

Be sure to check out the distribution as well which contains many samples.
We are still in the process of writing documentation and improving things,
so any feedback you have is most welcome! I am still writing the XFire
migration guide and I will ping the list when it is more fleshed out.

Please let us know your experiences so we can ensure a great user experience
and a smooth transition to CXF.

Cheers,
- Dan
