[xfire-user] XFire WSDL - setting XML schema to unqualified

The wsdl generated by XFire has an XML schema that is qualified
(elementFormDefault) .  Is there a flag that can be set so that the
schema is set to either "unqualified" (default is unqualified) or
qualified?
