[xfire-user] Add Id Attribute on the Action Header

I need to put the Id attribute on the Action Header tag like this:

<wsa:Action wsu:Id="Id-a92f0669-1a44-477a-aebf-53eaba409044" ...>

Anybody knows how I can do this?
I'm using the client API.
