Looking for a code review of the initial integration of XZ Utils to
the Userland gate:

I've got complete build/install/test/publish output if anyone wants to
see it. Still running through some trivial testing but I wanted to
get this out there today.
How did you end up with the funky xz.p5m file? ;-)
The "dir" lines are all over the place. Did you run pkgfmt on it?
Other than that, it looks fine.
