I asked on cteam alias and got no reply whether we must have CDDL
license or not. So since it is removed anyway during build I though twe
don't need to have it.

I want to fix this in SRU build, and changing the mangler would probably
change all of the text files containing CDDL license. That seems to be
unnecessarily big change (and next SRU) to make man pages work.
