Sind die mit im PHP Verzeichnis?
Notfalls for dem load vom php module die Dateien versuchen zu laden (httpd.conf)
LoadFile /pfad/zu/php/libsasl.dll
LoadFile /pfad/zu/php/ssleay32.dll
LoadFile /pfad/zu/php/libeay32.dll
