There aren't a lot of differences but you can view the issues that went
into them by looking at the release notes for the release on the
download page.  Both are stable, 1.7.0 has updated its DotNetZipLib to
the latest release and added some more things like implementing
IDisposable to Destiantions.  There isn't any reason that I know of the
use 1.6.5 if you are starting fresh, it is intended as a bugfix for
those who have been using the 1.6.x line for some time and do not want
to risk and issues due to updated dependencies or API changes.
