I am not sure what is causing this issue. Have you tried accessing the WSDL
files from inside the VM using a command like
*wget https://id <https://id/>p.scigap.org
<http://p.scigap.org/>:7443/services/RemoteUserStoreManagerService?**wsdl*
to check whether the file is accessible ?
