Hi Supun Great suggestion - trying the wget from the command line gives me this error:
[vagrant@localhost html]$ wget https://idp.scigap.org:7443/services/RemoteUserStoreManagerService?wsdl --2015-08-18 20:20:15-- https://idp.scigap.org:7443/services/RemoteUserStoreManagerService?wsdl Resolving idp.scigap.org... 149.165.228.218 Connecting to idp.scigap.org|149.165.228.218|:7443... connected. OpenSSL: error:100AE081:elliptic curve routines:EC_GROUP_new_by_curve_name:unknown group OpenSSL: error:1408D010:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_KEY_EXCHANGE:EC lib Unable to establish SSL connection. Searching around suggested that I needed to upgrade OpenSSL as this is a known bug that has since been fixed. I did a yum update openssl and that installed openssl-1.0.1e-42 (was previously openssl-1.0.1e-15) This seems to have resolved the problem, I did have a few other issues because I had messed around with the airavata connection (trying to connect to our airavata instance on AWS) but when I changed back to the airavata-server, -port and gateway-id values in the pga_config.php.template everything seems to work now. I have the user account created and can log in. Thanks for your help!
