Try this. I'm using Thunderbird as an IMAP client to 3.1.4
Create folders:
foo
foo/baz
bar
bar/baz
Now try to delete the two 'baz' folders.
So far as I can tell, even after you have emptied 'Trash' after the
first 'baz' deletion, there is some lingering db record that prevents
another Trash/baz being created.
But these were not really ever the same baz.
From a usability perspective I'd like to be able to delete both foo/baz
and bar/baz without emptying Trash - they aren't the same thing.
But if I have to empty Trash, and it looks empty, then it should behave
like empty.
I'm guessing there is some undelete support stuff at work here, but it
doesn't feel right.
